Validity
The legal terms apply to all online sales contracts.
The package must be sent in the same condition it was received (wrapped in an opaque plastic bag).
Conclusion of contract
The contract is considered complete upon product delivery.
Prices / Products
All prices are in euros (£) and include VAT. (VAT will be removed for sales outside the UK). Products may slightly vary from the images shown, although it’s unlikely.
Delivery
Roex has explored numerous transportation solutions to ensure providing the best option for skate purchases. Roex utilizes SEUR, one of the most reliable shipping companies globally, to ensure the swift and secure delivery of your order. All shipments include a tracking number for you to monitor delivery progress. Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process. Orders placed from Spain or Portugal (mainland) will typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours from the purchase. All other orders will arrive within 48 to 72 hours.
Renewal of rights and right of return
If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 15 days of receiving the order for a full refund or an item exchange. The product must have its original tags and be in its original packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product shows obvious signs of wear or is not in the same condition as received. Warranty / Liability
Warranty rights will be voided if the product has been repaired, disassembled, or modified.
