Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 15 days from the initial shipping date. In Spain and Portugal (mainland), the product can be exchanged for an alternative product, swapped for a different size, or refunded if preferred.

The package must be sent in the same condition as received (wrapped in an opaque plastic bag).

To return the package, we arrange for the courier to pick it up FREE OF CHARGE, provided that the return is due to a defective product, a store error, or part of the promotion for the first free size exchange (if applicable and within the promotional period).

If the issue is dissatisfaction with the skates and you want a refund, a size exchange, or wish to change an item, the customer will need to send us the product at their own expense. The customer will be responsible for both the return shipping charges and the charges for the new shipment.

In the case of skates, they should not have been used on the street; otherwise, the return cannot be processed, and the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
